12–13 hours are enough for the NEET Preparation, or maximum 14 hours by adding breaks of 20–30 minutes. For the relaxation of your brain cells & muscles.
Don’t go for more than 14 hours. This much enough. But, the hours you are giving to your preparation should be productive. Don’t just waste your time by staring book pages & words.
You can use this as an example:-
Physics:-
- 2 hours (to understand the concept of the chapter) → Break (20 minutes → 2 hours (Questions practicing) → Break (20 minutes)
Chemistry:- After that 20 minutes break, starts with Chemistry
- 2 hours (to understand the concept of the chapter) → Break (20 minutes → 2 hours (practicing equations & reactions) → Break (20 minutes)
