How do I become a good computer science engineer for a bad college?

One thing you have to keep in your mind,is to do things sincerely and not seriously .
If you want to be a good programmer then it is totally independent of college. You have to do practice. You can learn by joining classes or can do online studies . There are lots of good sites where you can get proper guidance.ex codechef , codeacademy .w3school.
Colleges are just to give you internal marks.
So just relax and start doing practice.
