How did you prepare for the AIIMS and the NEET in your 2nd drop?

I had scored good in 10th board. But due to some stupid ‘reasons’ i had become the notorious carefree stupid boy. I also had mathematics with Physics, chemistry and biology. During my 12th i realised that cracking NEET would be impossible. So i decided to take the simple route to avoid embarassment i.e. taking admission in low grade private engineering college. My childhood dream of becoming doctor was almost dead.
