Three ways to get a job with no experience are to gain experience, by volunteering, interning, or working through a temporary job placement agency. Keep in mind that any position may be a test to see if you will fit in the company for a permanent position. If it ends, you will still have experience and job references.
Unfortunately, there are very few volunteer spots or internships that come with a stipend or living expenses, and temporary jobs are usually just that—temporary.
Your school should have some sort of resource department, which also might have a list of places that are looking for temporary help. Get some practice in job interviewing, and make sure you get your resume and such proof=read and edited by experts. You may also get help regarding clothing choices and grooming.
I don’t know what your definition is of a “good” company—is it the money and/or prestige?—but you will likely have to set your sights a little lower.
