Don’t start from your 1st day itself as you will be putting unnecessary pressure on yourself. MBBS itself is very hectic and you will probably need the whole of 1st year to get accustomed to the change. In the 1st year attend classes regularly, revise topics taught in class in your home, aim to do well in your exams and make few very close friends. After 1st year goes you can start preparing for your pg by joining a coaching centre or sincerely studying on your own.
