If you want 12 lpa you must belong to either CS or IT because in any other branch there are no company that offers 12 lpa and in CS and IT company like Amazon , Microsoft ,Directi etc are few companies which offer more than 10lpa and you can always apply for off-campus but as a fresher 12 lpa is pretty hard to achieve but all the best
