Being a student from MSRIT ECE, I think I can answer this question well. The reason for me going anonymous is because there may be people in the faculty online reading this and it might sour my relations with them.
Alright, I will comment only on the people I have fair knowledge about.
- Dr S Sethu Selvi (HOD)
I never attended any classes under her or did any work under her. From what I hear, she is a good teacher in Image Processing. One place where she lacks is the ability to communicate well with students. Also, her interest in students’ projects is non existent.
- K Giridhar
I never studied or worked under him either. Very strong in his subject. Sometimes he tends to become wild and gets livid with student behavior.
- MS Srinivas
Wonderful teacher for the exams. You can just sit in his class and listen and everything you ever need to know for the tests will flow into your brains. The one place where I found him lacking was his hindrance in going beyond the subject and dealing with interesting problems. I would not attribute this flaw to him
