The answer is a big fat No. Srm is a private institution and it never returns a penny be it one’s own earned scholarship,they don’t even consider seeing into the matter .nevertheless this might be the case of every Private institution but Srm takes it to an overdrive. If you file a case against them ,they’ve got deep roots and the tenure of your case would definitely cause you a loss both financially and academically (if you are yet to pass ).The only refunds Srm has ever made are the admission fees and only to those who have applied within a month of admission after deducing a couple of grands from the total sum.
