As far as I know cse in upes is pretty good but you should try other colleges first like iits and other top engineering colloges and the clubs and other things present will boost your personality.
And about placement in cse it’s really good you will surely land your first job here if you are not careless about your future and as I am a bba student here so can’t tell exactly about it .
