Explain me the counselling procedure in VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology)?

The counselling is done in different phases. The breakup is out (I guess). You are asked to come in the slot assigned to you. They would have asked you to bring the counselling fee in the form of a DD(In favour of VIT University, Payable at Vellore). You will be seated in a hall, alongwith other candidates of your slot. Candidates are called as per their rank,one by one. You will be sent to another room, when your turn comes up. This is the counselling hall. You’ll have to submit the DD.
