Answer is Yes for some companies let me give you my experience from March 2020 and June 2020 campus.
Companies like IT sectors of Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture,etc. Generally prefers a ca final first attempt or IPCc 2 attempt Max.
Another type of Companies like Big4 they prefer CA final max 2 attempt like Deloitte but mostly the attempt less matter when compare to other companies for BIG4.
Other Companies literally speaking they hire for 3–4 person each so chances of shortlisting are less.
Mainly CA get jobs either in banks or IT co. Or big 4.
