Do we need to register again for the second counselling for NEET if we already registered for the first round of counselling?

No you will not have to register again. You just have to login and if you are having problem than just click on new registration and than see right corner just above all the credentials, there ‘back’ is written, click on back button and than type your roll no. and password, your profile will get open.
