Yes , Absolutely 100% you can. There is nothing that restricts you from writing NEET , however on discontinuing BDS and by joining MBBS course you will be asked to pay huge sum of money(₹100,000 – ₹120,000) as a penalty for quiting the BDS course in the midway.
