Nativity Certificate (for candidates hailing from Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura)
Demand Drafts drawn in favor of “VIT University”, payable at Vellore (Computerized DD)
Student Profile filled by the student
