Can someone get 600+ marks with only one year of preparation in the NEET, starting from the zero level?

Hi ! I appeared for AIPMT in 2014 while i was in 12 th standard . I scored a shameful meagre 450 and got a rank of 10000+.I prepared for 1 year at home studying the NCERT books religiously and worked hard almost every day and in AIPMT 2015 i scored 631 marks and got 111 rank AIR and am now studying in 3rd year Lady Hardinge Medical College,New Delhi,one of the best in India. So in short YES.
