Can one prepare for the NEET while pursuing a BTech first year? Is there anyone here who got a government medical seat by doing so?

One can prepare but it is a bit difficult to crack, not impossible.i joined bhms and started preparing for neet again appearing college, i would have got 600+marks but i changed up my mind in the last as both neet and my college exans coincided, i couldn’t appear neet again
