Currently IIIT Hyderbad is better without any doubt. However, IIT Hyderabad also able to attract good faculty in CSE, and I am hoping they will continue to do so. This allows me to predict that IIT Hyderabad will give tough fight in next 5 years to IIIT Hyderabad. Beyond that it is hard to predict.
