Once you login to the JoSAA portal after the deadline for filling choices, you will land up in the Current Choice Filling and Locking Status page. On the bottom of the page you will find a link with description Click here to take printout of the locked choices. You can view / print the locked choice there. This can be done before 1st round of allotment as it needs to be seen whether the option will remain there after the allotment. Will update after round 1.
Edit-1: After announcement of round 1 allotment, Print Locked Choices tab is given in the main menu on the left side.
