A candidate can participate in the Mop-Up Round of NEET Counselling only in one State – the State where the candidate has his/her Domicile.
In every State 85% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to that particular State.
In the Mop-Up round the vacant seats (of any) from the remaining 15% seats(which are All India Quota seats) are added to the 85% State Quota seats and are available only to the candidates belonging to that particular State.
