For CSE in RV, your rank should be < 400. For ISE in RV, your rank should be < 600.
You may get CSE in BMSCE (Rank < 900) or MSRIT (Rank < 1100) which are equally good as RVCE.
Wait till second round of counselling, many times ranks lower than mentioned above also get selected. All the best..
