Can I get CSE in R.V. College of Engineering if I am ready to pay whatever amount they ask for and take the COMEDK test? Is there any specific rank which can only apply through management quota in R.V. College of Engineering?

If you are ready to pay, you’ll get any seat in any branch irrespective of your ranks. Ranks are just a formality for management quota. If you are a person who likes CSE, but not that great in other science subjects, then RV is a good choice for you. Placements are pretty good for CSE and IT departments. You can even take ISE, which is more or less the same, but the donation fees is less compared to CSE
