See the thing is for the first years hostel seats at RVCE are limited and given on a first come first serve basis . I feel u need to concentrate on getting admission into RV first and then worry about the hostel. Yes I dont deny the fact that hostel gives you a whole new experience but ya in the first year of your engineering you can manage in a PG because from the second year hostel seats are given based on merit so you can get one easily.
