Yes, but you will have to inform your college that you are willing for an up gradation. They will enter that option through the college, on the mcc portal.
Or, if you don’t report at the allotted college, you can directly participate in the second round. But your previous seat will be automatically cancelled.
However, you can’t leave a seat allotted in the second round.
