Can I apply directly for Neet Ug second round counselling with out applying for first round counselling?

Dear, please understand one thing. You have to and you can apply only once. Based on your ranking you will get a chance to attend the first round of counselling. During the first round, if you have opted for an upgrade or if you don’t get a seat then based on vacancies you will be called for second round.
