Ok, so short answer is YES, why not ?
I am the living example.
So my academic story begun like everyone else’s. I was average student. I plundged into science stream after my 10th result. I scored 79 % in 10th standard. I crossed the barrier of selecting science stream. FYI, nobody forced me to choose science stream, it was all me.
I wasted around 1 lac in 11tg standard classes. I got passing marks, teachers literally pushed me to 12th hoping i will do better in my 12th. Frankly telling you i don’t understand maths, nor physics, nor biology. Funny thing is, my maths 1 and 2 classes fees were 13k , i scored 8 and 5 marks in maths 1, maths 2. So it was 1k marks each. I failed in all subjects and thing is i was hoping i will pass.
Dad and i went to get my marksheet. Nobody scolded me. Dad and i discussed what to do next with smiles on our faces i still remover my dad’s face. He was truly the best friend( i lost him 5 months back) We decided to choose commerce stream.
Main fun is, my besties who took drop still don’t know why, heheh came to my place to celebrate my failure. They were happy because we all are at same stage now and we all decided to study commerce. We passed 12th with distinction with only 12k classes. By the way, for 12th science i wasted 2 Lacs.
My best friend i worked in a hotel as an assistant EDP manager as meanwhile we learned solving networking and hardware trouble shooting without any classes we just learned on our own.
