Are there any one who cleared the NEET UG easily but didn’t clear NEET PG with his/her best efforts?

Neet PG is taken by MBBS students who got admitted to this course after cracking neet UG. Now if there are 100 MBBS seats, PG seats shall be hardly 10 or 20. Needless to say that 80–90 percent students who cracked UG neet cannot clear PG neet.
