The admission in the BITS Pilani is done purely on the basis of merit.
Also, their is no concept of rank-list in BITSAT. Admission happens on the basis of score that you get in the exam(BITSAT).
But, all the board toppers( state board ,CBSE , ICSE etc) are eligible for the direct admission in the BITS Pilani. They are not supposed to give the BITSAT exam.
In Pilani campus, we see 10–12 board toppers every year.
