Are the USMLE and NEET PG exam patterns the same? If not, does preparing for the USMLE make the NEET easier?

No they are not the same.

NEET PG questions are one liners and fact based.

USMLE gives u clinical scenario and it is concept based.

Preparing for USMLE will miss u on NEET style questions.
