Are the BITS work integrated programs in an M.Tech worth it?

If you want to do this course with an intention of getting promoted in your current organization, then you must first contact your HR dept and ask them whether the company’s HR policies support such a course. In my view, as on date, only Aditya Birla Group encourages it’s employees to do such a course.

If in future you have a plan for pursuing full time Masters degree, then don’t get enrolled into it. This programme intends to target professionals in their 30’s or 40’s who wish to garner a PG degree.
