Are students from branches like EEE and EIE allowed to sit for software company placements at Ramaiah Institute of Technology?

Why MSR? All colleges in India allow all branches students to sit as Long as companies ask since the job is service oriented. Only few jobs like coding, design, Data analyst etc require core branches.
