Not one. I graduated 11 years ago at the age of 38. It took a year and a half to get my first job and have been developing software ever since. I have done things that would not have been possible for me without that degree.
It amazes me that I get paid to do something I love. And paid fairly well at that. Yes, nearly 10 years later and I still love what I do.
As for advice, if you are going into programming, make something. Start a project that you can show potential employers. Actually think about the decisions that you make for it so you can talk about them at interviews. What you can do is more important than what classes you took.
Make sure that your communication skills are up to snuff. This is not really a focus of most CS programs but it will be essential in the real world.
Make sure that you maintain non programming hobbies. Time away from programming gives you a chance to recharge your batteries and be better for it.
