if we talk about

MD in anesthesia with a

32,462 rank in the NEET PG 2020

there is no chance as per precious year calculation

but definely you can go for

some DNB including anesthesia if you do not want to repeat NEET PG exam.

Last year student having NEET PG score 43000 got the seat in anesthesia.
