This depends upon your major.
For engineering, there are MIT, Stanford, and Caltech, then there are a bunch of other schools. Harvard does not even get any consideration.
For computer science, there are MIT and Stanford and a couple of other schools, then there is a very long list of other schools, then there is your local in-state public school, then there might be Harvard, but probably not.
For mathematics, MIT, Stanford and Harvard are right together at the top of the list.
For Operations Research, there is Stanford, then MIT and Harvard right together along with a few other schools.
For business, there is Harvard and Stanford, and then MIT and several other schools.
For medicine, Harvard and Stanford are at the top of the list with a few other schools.
For law, Harvard again is at the top of the list.
