Now coming to your question, there is CSE and CSE-IBM in Chandigarh University.

If you choose CSE-IBM then there is no scholarship for you.

If you choose normal CSE then you can get 50% scholarship based on your 12th percentage. But you have to apply fast as they have a limit to number of students they give scholarship to.

Edit: Your job is not done after getting scholarship. You have to score more than 7.5 cgpa/sgpa every semester. If not scored than you will be devoid of your scholarship from that year.
