Which university is better for civil, Chandigarh or LPU?

Of course Chandigarh University is better for Civil Engineering. It can be considered as one of the best educational Institutes in North Indian region. My professors has helped me with everything related to theoretical Knowledge, practicals I did and also with Software learning part and everything else.
