Why do majority of students leave Chandigarh University hostel after spending 1 year? Is there a problem inside the campus or anything else?

I think, I can answer it comparatively. So one of my friend studied from LPU and I have studied from Chandigarh University. So we used to have a lot of discussion on our career, college, hostel, everything happening around us.
