If you mean courses of other branches such as Computer Science, Economics etc., then definitely YES
The 1st year would be same for all, while in 2nd year you would do compulsory courses of your branch with some humanities electives
In 3rd year you will take some other compulsory courses and then you would have to do a required number of electives. Some of them are “discipline electives” which come under your respective department while other are “open electives”(Which means it doesn’t come under your course). This is where you can actually do the courses of any other branch. You also have this option for a semester of 4th year(the other semester would be for a PS-II or Thesis)
P.S: If you want you can take any open electives in your 2nd year, but it is not recommended as there would be a lot of timetable clashes and even if you get it, it would be tough to handle.
