okay mate.. here goes:
As far as “studies” go:
Pilani and goa have faculty are comparable with respect to expertise, projects offered to students and a variety of other parameters, but pilani is just better. There is virtually no change in courses offered except in disciplinary electives as some may be offered in one Bits campus but not in another. But frankly speaking don’t worry about this factor.
However, the student culture when it comes to computer science and related activities is excellent. There are many opportunities to learn and undertake projects. And of course Goa campus holds its own against many universities in India when it comes to GSoC, ACM ICPC(But hyd frequently bests us in competitive coding related activities). Pilani campus is excellent when it comes to competitive coding but Goa campus has more GSoCers than Pilani almost every year. (Don’t know about first few GSoC programs 2005-6).
