L x W x H of the room to remain. unchanged
Tunnels between rooms cannot be constructed
Construction of underground bunkers are strictly prohibited
All original furniture (movable & immovable) should be preserved for your junior future occupants in liveable usable (tolerable) condition
Windows to be opened once in an year atleast to allow fresh air & for walls and the furniture to see light of the day
Max number of nails allowed 25/sft
Rooms should not be converted into biological/biochemical weapons. Who knows Uncle sam might attack. Take bath once in a month & change bedsheet once in an year atleast( for godsake please don’t put the bedsheet in laundry)
