No Reservation: There is no seat reservation in BITS. This gives a healthy environment in the campus where all the students arrived with their talent. This increases the level of thinking and standard of learning.
Zero attendance policy: The best policy ever I saw. Other colleges have criteria of attendance percentage while seating to the exams, but BITS believe in ZERO ATTENDANCE POLICY where you don’t have to worry about attendance while giving papers. But with the freedom, you get the responsibilities. To remain in the competition, you have to study. May it be by attending classes or by self-study.
Credit-based Academics: Every subject or course is marked with some score, known as credits. And every branch has its own credits. Taking a degree in BITS means you have to complete all the credits. For that you can take your own time, may it be 3 years or 5 years. If you complete the credits you will get the degree.
