This is not your Narayana-Chaitanya. You’re not ‘sent home’. One of the only reasons for which you’re ‘sent home’ is when you commit an offense and you registration for the semester is cancelled or if you’re rusticated.
You can leave the campus premises as you wish. There are some people from Hyderabad who go home every weekend. (I suggest you don’t do that.) You just have to take an outstation form if you would be gone for a couple of days. If you just want to go out for an evening, no body is going to stop you.
On a side note, I’ve seen your other questions. It seems that you bother about such trivial things a lot. You still have time. You need to clear your exams first. Then take admission. And then you worry about things like this. Or don’t.
