Thanks for A2A.
Sorry I am bit cut off from Quora now. I will just keep it short, I assume most of you looking for answer for this question are aspirants who have chances of getting Goa campus in coming counselling.
A lot of things change when you transit from school to college. You will have choices, you have to decide on your balance between Academics and other activities. You will definitely be excited to see a lot of things, you might be disappointed on a few. I would not go on specifics and examples because I don’t want to steal your thunder of discovering the campus. Personally, I also had mixed experience, biased on positive side. Later you would also observe how everything changes when you come to second year, then third and then it just ends so quick.
My life is very different on campus and when I come home. I believe I made lot of friends, lot of memories, visited many places, learned lot of things and developed myself significantly in my second year. I still have two more years though, so some senior might answer this way better and give you some more insights. I would just say, you will have choice, don’t just rot in room, explore things, make memories, learn what you like. Make right decisions, you can obviously choose to sleep for 11–12 hours, or play FIFA/DoTA for hours, but whatever you choose, make it count .
