If your exams are theoretical (like essays., short answers etc.,) then you should try to work out MCQs during your leisure time. Orient yourself with the concept rather than mugging it up just for the sake of exams(I mean even if it is the simplest of all topics). Of course you need to memorize certain essential things (like range, drugs, theories etc.,). Stick to a book and make it thorough enough during the respective years. Make the best use of long vacations and try as many mock tests(if in first year, solve questions related to your syllabus). Analyse yourself and rank yourself as to Where you are weak and strong. Try working out more from the very beginning. I would say that if you are a master of the subject, then tou will not need coaching centres. Wishing you great success in life. All the best
