Last year I started my preparation somewhere around this time (or a little later). So from my experience I can tell you that it’s very much possible to crack Neet pg easily with 6 months of preparation and with a little more dedicated work you can also get the branch and college of your choice. So if you have any doubts regarding this just remember that there are many who did it in the least available time and so can you.
Now you have 6 months in hand. You should save at least a month and a half to two months for revision. So you’ll roughly have 4 months within which you have to finish 19 subjects. It’s definitely impossible to study all these in detail (and it’s always advisable not to go too deep into any single subject even if you have enough time). So you have to give more importance to few subjects. And those are your basic subjects, I mean 1st and 2nd year subjects. If you can take my advice, start your preparation with these subjects. Least importance is to be given to short subjects. You can just do prepladder/marrow rapid revision for these subjects. But don’t leave even a single subject untouched.
Because you have less time, topic wise and subject wise tests may not be of much use. Start doing grand tests. Remember no one is gonna see your grand test marks/ranks. So don’t hesitate to take a grand test even when you have not prepared well. And do a detailed analysis of the grand tests that you take…like which subjects you are constantly doing bad…which kind of questions you are getting wrong…what are the topics more frequently asked etc. Doing this you’ll know where to spend time and you’ll not waste your time in unnecessary stuff.
