I think that it’s probably Parental Guidance. There’s no age limit, but parents are advised not to let their children be alone while watching the movie or playing the game. It is the sole discretion of the parents of the child in question.
It could also be Post Graduation. Well, different varsities (colleges or institutes) and their affiliating universities (or regulating Government Ministry) may have different rules for the purpose.
