- Those candidates who are in possession of MBBS degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate which is recognized as per the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 will be eligible to appear for the exam. They must also possess permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council .
- Candidate should also have completed the one-year necessary intern-ship. If the candidate is completing their intern-ship on or before 31 March 2018, then they are also eligible to apply for the NEET PG Exam.
