Which would be better for a 2nd-year MBBS student, DAMS/DBMCI or Marrow/PrepLadder for the NEET PG?

I cracked NEET-PG in a single attempt without any coaching. I had joined Marrow in March 2018 during the internship and found eight months to be sufficient.
My other Friend got around 400 rank and is currently Medicine Resident. He too never did any coaching.
One more Friend got around 900 rank and currently medicine resident without coaching.
One friend got JIPMER AIR 15 with minimum coaching.
