How many hours of study is needed to get a rank below 100 on the NEET PG if I study for 5 months?

Hard work dont matter in this competative world,if u read just for four hours with full of concentration u will grab a seat in reputed institution, work out MTG books they are enough. So do smart work not the hard work.
