This answer is from a 2020 batch BTech sophomore(3rd semester).
As a matter of fact,the NIRF ranking has slipped to 41 this year(2021).For the NIRF ranking, all education institutions are assessed on 5 parameters: teaching, learning and resources, research and professional practices, graduation outcomes, outreach and inclusivity, and perception.
My opinion: NIRF ranking doesn’t matter. It tries to quantify the college,not you 🙂
I will not be able to give you a short answer about academics but what I can do is give you an insider’s overview of our college.
