Delhi University have two type of categories of Colleges either good or very good. So there is no as such college which is worst because every college has value because of its affiliation with University of Delhi.
Yes, there are some colleges which are not preferred by students and parents may be because of Infrastructure or Faculty or Location or Crowd but nothing is worst. May be the location is not good but faculty is good. Or maybe because we don’t like the Crowd. It depends on opinion to opinion.
We assume the college to be worst , that is a very extreme word.
It is rightly said,
One cannot judge the book by its cover.
Nothing is worst!!
